How to reheat dishes?

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, in a frying pan, in the oven or in a steamer.

While still frozen, the dishes should be heated in the microwave for approximately 7 to 9 minutes at roughly 700 W. Once defrosted, they only need 3 to 4 minutes.

Frozen meals can also be reheated in the oven at 150 degrees. Here they need 30-35 minutes. Once defrosted, only 25-30 minutes.
